Print rooms

We provide a full spectrum of machinery, from on-site self-service print machines to fully-staffed print facilities operated by Hobs employees. On-site print services we provide include:

Post rooms
Communication is critical in the modern office. While online communication dominates, physical mail remains essential. Our digital post solution bridges this gap, seamlessly integrating physical mail into the digital workflow!
Using our DocuWare cloud platform, we open and scan inbound mail, which is then sent to the recipient via secure servers. Once the user confirms the letter is for them, they can view the full letter or download for print.
For outbound mail, we facilitate a wide range of solutions. These include franking of day-to-day mail and full printing, package and post via our Reading-based print facility.
Smart lockers
Our Smart lockers provide a secure exchange point for parcels and mail, enhancing efficiency, security and convenience. The advantages of Smart lockers include:
