Controlling and co-ordinating an EDMS and / or Project Collaboration System which will include down and up loading of information, maintenance of project drawings and liaising with on site reprographics team regarding copying, printing and scanning requirements.
Located in our Head Office in Liverpool, the successful candidate will be responsible for: balance sheet reconciliation work, production of annual statutory financial statements, monthly presentation of balance sheet position to Finance Director.
Acting as the face of Hobs Reprographics, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
Required to continually promote Hobs Reprographics and the services we provide as the leaders in the industry.
